Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Muzieka, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

Use Muzieka lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others; impersonate people; upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive content; probe or disrupt the service; scrape it at scale; or attempt to access accounts or data without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Muzieka a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and honor the visibility settings you select. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown when purchased until canceled. Apple processes purchases made in the iPhone app and provides billing controls through your Apple Account; PayPal processes legacy web subscriptions and provides their billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund time already purchased unless required by law. Deleting an account with an active PayPal subscription first attempts to cancel future billing. App Store subscriptions must be managed or canceled with Apple and may remain active after the Muzieka account is deleted.

Service changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten users or the service, or create legal risk. You may stop using Muzieka or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

Muzieka is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
